Orders ship FOB Origin, freight prepaid and added to your invoice. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier. Please inspect all goods on arrival; rejections must be reported in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
Returns & warranty
Non-warranty returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt through our return portal and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Approved returns must arrive within 10 business days of receipt with the supplied return documentation.
Tubes carry a 12-month pro-rated warranty as standard; final warranty terms are confirmed on your quote. All returns, including warranty returns, require prior RMA approval and are shipped back prepaid by the buyer.
